To qualify for a return, items should:

  • Contain all original accessories.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we'll gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled but may still qualify under our return policy.
